Wolf can manage mid-range with Blaster plus neutral air, forward air, and back air, then convert Lucario’s light weight into long landing traps and ledge pressure, so the low-aura phase is especially hard if Lucario gets pushed backward early.
At the same time, Wolf still leaves punishable windows on down tilt, dash attack, Neutral B, up B, down B, and some deeper aerial contacts, and his recovery distance is short enough that one clean push offstage can flip the entire stock.

Win Condition Checklist
- Do not answer Blaster with direct Aura Sphere trades; shift the line with air dash and small walks until grab or forward air can reach Wolf’s body.
- Whenever down tilt, dash attack, Neutral B, up B, or down B hits your shield, punish cleanly and route the hit outward so the stock becomes about Wolf’s short recovery.
- Once aura starts to matter, stop overtrading in center stage and look to cash out quickly with up throw, back air, or offstage Extreme Speed pressure.
Actions to Avoid
- Standing in front of Blaster charging Aura Sphere and handing Wolf the exact rhythm he wants for forward air, neutral air, and dash pressure.
- Forcing shield punishes on the safer neutral air and forward air timings and getting sent straight back into Wolf’s landing trap cycle.
- Overchasing deep edgeguards and letting back air or ledge reversals expose Lucario’s own light weight and volatile recovery path.
