  • Use Fireball and walking shield to stop Sheik from freely running circles around midrange
  • Punish Jab, Forward Tilt, Up Tilt, Down Tilt, Dash Attack, Up Air, Neutral B, Up B, and Down B on block whenever they appear
  • Once close, stay on safe pressure with Nair, Down Tilt, and grab rather than forcing risky specials
  • At the ledge, cover jump and neutral getup with Bair and Up B so Sheik does not reset center stage for free
  • Trust the damage and weight gap enough to wait for real confirm routes instead of forcing early kill guesses

Actions to Avoid

  • Constantly chasing Sheik across midrange and feeding needles plus whiff punishes
  • Turning every Nair or Down Tilt touch into unsafe special mash that gives Sheik an easy punish
  • Overusing Green Missile or Cyclone on recovery until Sheik can pre-read the route with Fair or needles
