Matchup Summary (Win Condition and Game Plan)

Incineroar can flip the stock race instantly with side B and Revenge once he gets a real hit, but his mobility and recovery are weak enough that Peach usually controls the match if she keeps him airborne and near the ledge. The winning structure is to use turnip and float to disrupt the side B lane and Revenge timing, then punish the forced stop with float nair, grab, or fair and carry outward. Jab strings, up tilt, dash attack, smash attacks, neutral B, and up B all leave strong shield punishes, so the matchup rewards clean guaranteed punishes on the heavy commitments instead of testing safer buttons over and over. At kill percent, Peach should still avoid center-stage brawls and instead finish through ledge bair, float fair, and up smash after another landing trap cycle.

Win Condition Checklist

  • Use turnip and float to distort side B’s path and Revenge timing before committing to nair or grab
  • After shielding jab 1-3, up tilt, dash attack, smash attacks, neutral B, or up B, take the guaranteed Up B or nair punish
  • Once Incineroar is airborne, keep prioritizing landing and ledge traps instead of forcing extra damage in place
  • When Revenge appears, switch immediately to grab or positional pressure so the buff does not cash out
  • At kill percent, keep the stock centered around ledge bair, float fair, and up smash rather than close-range scrapping

Actions to Avoid

  • Repeating the same float entry height into Incineroar’s side B or anti-air nair
  • Seeing Revenge and still swinging a big aerial into the powered retaliation window
  • Letting punishable jab pressure, dash attack, neutral B, or up B go unpunished
  • Overchasing offstage and giving up the much steadier ledge-trap win condition to a reversal
  • Rushing for center-stage kills and trading directly into Incineroar’s stronger single-hit damage
