Win Condition Checklist
- Mix Missile and Charge Shot so Simon cannot stand in one safe lane and keep throwing projectiles for free.
- Punish whiffed whip swings and landing gaps with Fair, Uair, or Up B instead of overcommitting to slow trades.
- Once you have center stage, keep the corner pressure going and deny Simon time to restart his zoning pattern.
- Hold shield sparingly and only challenge the recovery frames after safe aerials or Holy Water pressure.
- Take ledge trapping before deep edgeguards when you already have Simon cornered.
Actions to Avoid
- Do not jump at every Axe or Holy Water toss, because that gives Simon easy air-to-air pressure.
- Do not swing Fair or smash attacks into whip range without a reason; Simon’s reach will make the trade unfavorable.
- Do not rush a ledge getup into Holy Water or Cross setups.
- Do not back off so much that Simon gets time to reset spacing and restart the projectile wall.
