Matchup Summary (Win Condition and Game Plan)
Wolf can control the pre-entry range with Blaster and longer aerials, so Mii Brawler gets dragged to the corner quickly if he starts forcing dash-ins or forward jumps into Fair, Bair, and Down Tilt.
The tradeoff is that Mii Brawler’s retaliation once he gets close is extremely sharp. After blocking Jab 1, Jab 2, Jab 3, Forward Tilt, Up Tilt, Down Tilt, Dash Attack, Back Air, Neutral B, or Down B, he can answer immediately with Up B (3f), OOS Nair (6f), Up Smash (8f), or OOS Uair (9f), so it is much stronger to use shield as part of the approach than to panic-jump over Blaster every time.
Neutral Air, Forward Air, and Up Air often only lose directly to Up B (3f), and swinging too hard when that punish is not in range gives Wolf the reset he wants. When the first block does not yield a clean punish, track the drift, the escape route, and the ledge direction so the second landing is the one that gets trapped.
For kills, it is more reliable to hold a ledge position that avoids Blaster and Bair, then finish Wolf after Wolf Flash or Fire Wolf with Back Air, Up Smash, or Up B, instead of overchasing offstage and exposing Mii Brawler’s own weak recovery.

Win Condition Checklist
- Do not default to jumping over Blaster. Use shield and small ground gains to enter close range and make Wolf commit Fair or Bair first.
- After blocking Jab 1, Jab 2, Jab 3, Forward Tilt, Up Tilt, Down Tilt, Dash Attack, Back Air, Neutral B, or Down B, choose the reachable punish from Up B (3f), OOS Nair (6f), Up Smash (8f), and OOS Uair (9f) immediately so Wolf cannot keep recycling midrange pressure.
- After blocking Neutral Air, Forward Air, or Up Air, do not overmash when Up B (3f) is not in range. Follow the drift, the escape route, and the ledge direction so the second landing is where Mii Brawler wins.
- At kill percent, make Wolf spend Wolf Flash or Fire Wolf first, then cash out with Back Air, Up Smash, or Up B at the ledge or on the forced landing.
Actions to Avoid
- Panicking at Blaster and jumping forward into the anti-air line of Fair, Bair, and Up Smash.
- Blocking Jab 1, Jab 2, Jab 3, Forward Tilt, Up Tilt, Down Tilt, Dash Attack, Back Air, Neutral B, or Down B but still giving Wolf enough time to reset into another Blaster or aerial entry.
- Swinging big every time after blocked Neutral Air, Forward Air, or Up Air and getting caught by the re-spaced Back Air or Down Tilt.
- Overchasing for the kill offstage and exposing Mii Brawler’s own weak recovery before Wolf’s short recovery is actually forced.
